  • Men’s Weekend: Monday, September 21, 2026

  • Women’s Weekend: Monday, September 28, 2026

An application is NOT considered complete and a reservation will not be made for a candidate, until the Pre-Weekend couple has:

  • Sponsorship forms 

  • Candidate medical form

  • Covid -19 waiver form

  • Full Payment
